Know what happens to an unused balance
Ordinary grant Moments reset each month, including when you pay for an annual subscription. They do not accumulate indefinitely. Purchased Top-Up Moments do not expire. Read the grant and top-up rules before treating every part of a displayed balance as the same kind of credit.
When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, unused grant Moments are converted into non-expiring Top-Up Moments. Check the balance treatment for any other plan or billing-term change. A top-up also does not independently unlock a feature reserved for another tier.
Choose access for the activities you expect to use
Free provides 20 daily text messages and no monthly Moments grant. Premium includes unlimited text messaging and 8,000 monthly Moments. Ultimate includes unlimited text and 15,000 monthly Moments, with additional access such as Personas and group chat. Ordinary text chat does not need a per-message Moments payment.
Pictures, video, calls and some creation actions have separate charges and eligibility. A paid subscription is required to purchase top-ups, and Ultimate does not make generation unlimited. Compare the monthly and annual prices with your intended use, not with a promise that every feature will become free.
Read the commitment before authorizing a charge
An annual monthly equivalent is a yearly purchase divided by twelve, not that amount billed each month. Review the full charge, currency, term and renewal conditions. An introductory discount may apply only to the first period; later media requests still use their own displayed totals.
Keep the purchasing account and transaction reference with your receipt. Cancellation stops renewal while preserving the paid period; deletion and refund requests are separate actions. Use the billing and policy hub for the applicable conditions, and keep full card details out of support messages.
Common questions
Would a Moments purchase give me more ordinary text replies?
Basic conversation follows the text allowance of your plan, not a per-message Moments debit. Check the plan when text access is the issue and media eligibility when requesting a charged action.
Does the largest plan remove media metering?
No. Ultimate combines a larger monthly grant with additional features, but images, videos and calls retain their own conditions and charges. Review each request rather than assuming unlimited usage.
What should I compare before changing the billing term?
Read the total to be collected, the period it covers and what happens at renewal. Check balance treatment separately, especially the conversion rule that specifically applies to a monthly-plan upgrade.
