Compare billed totals rather than monthly equivalents
Our regular prices are below. An annual choice charges the yearly total. Review the currency and final amount before paying; a monthly equivalent is not a month-to-month subscription.

Distinguish the grant month from the billing year
Moments grants arrive and reset monthly even on an annual subscription. Unused ordinary grant Moments are replaced, not accumulated into an unlimited balance. You do not receive the whole year's grants upfront.
An introductory discount may cover only the first term. Check the later renewal amount rather than assuming an old code or reduced first charge will apply indefinitely.
Use cancellation and refund requests for different purposes
To cancel, open Settings, choose Manage Subscription, select Cancel Subscription and Confirm. Your paid access lasts until the term ends. This stops renewal without deleting the account or automatically refunding the current period.
For a billing mistake, send support@secrets.ai a written report within 30 days of the statement. Identify the account and charge without providing full card details. We do not normally refund an unused part of a term, except under policy exceptions or applicable law.
EU/UK customers can withdraw from an initial subscription by sending a clear written request within 14 calendar days of purchase. No premium use means a full refund; otherwise we deduct a proportional amount. Renewals do not create another withdrawal period.

What would I pay monthly or annually for Secrets AI?
Premium is $19.99 monthly or $109.99 for a year. Ultimate is $39.99 monthly or $319.99 for a year. Annual totals are paid upfront.
What recurring Moments allowance does each paid tier include?
Premium has 8,000 monthly Moments and Ultimate has 15,000. Ordinary unused grants reset monthly; purchased top-ups follow separate rules.
How should I check a promotional offer before using it?
Read the Store offer for your account, including the first charge and renewal. Do not assume a code from an older post remains valid.
Can I redeem a subscription key as a top-up?
No. Supported keys pay for a subscription term and cannot extend an active plan. Check Moments and payments before redemption.
Will cancelling annual renewal end my paid access immediately?
No. Access continues through the paid annual term. Requesting a refund is separate from stopping the next renewal.
