Check access before adding more credit
Moments top-ups require Premium or Ultimate. Premium adds a 10% bonus to Moments purchases, and Ultimate adds 15%. A Free account cannot purchase top-ups, and a promotional balance does not independently unlock every paid feature. Choose the action first, then inspect its eligibility and price.
A standard one-companion chat photo costs 50 Moments and a voice call costs 50 Moments per minute. Video charges vary by model and settings. For images, resolution, quantity and references can change the total. Read the amount after choosing your settings, not before.
Identify why the available balance changed
Subscription grants reset monthly, including on annual plans. Ordinary unused grant Moments are replaced with the next allowance. Purchased Top-Up Moments do not expire. Your account can show both kinds together, even though only one is subject to the monthly reset.
Mid-cycle upgrades treat already issued credit differently from future months. For a monthly subscription, we keep the unused grant by turning it into non-expiring Top-Up Moments, then add the new grant. For a multi-month subscription, months not yet started produce a monetary credit toward the upgrade instead. Check Moments history when reconciling the balance.
Keep refunds, bonuses and subscription keys distinct
A safety check that stops a request before generation does not charge it. A generation that fails after starting receives an automatic Moments refund. That does not promise cash back for every completed result you dislike. Check pending requests before submitting another one.
Card statements use S LABS INC. Subscription keys pay for a term, not a top-up, and cannot extend an active subscription. Moments purchases are generally final except for billing errors or applicable legal rights. Our policy lists cryptocurrency purchases as non-refundable; mandatory legal rights still matter. Send disputed transaction details to support@secrets.ai, not passwords or complete card numbers.
Common questions
Are Moments and tokens two separate credit balances?
We use both names for the same account credits. They are separate from a model's context size or message-length limit.
Can an account receive Moments without a top-up purchase?
Eligible one-time offers include 200 signup Moments, 100 for the first Discord link and 25 for notifications. Confirm eligibility; a reward does not waive feature-specific subscription requirements.
Does a lower balance mean my purchased credits expired?
Not necessarily. Check whether the monthly grant reset. Purchased top-ups do not expire, while ordinary unused grant Moments are replaced.
Can I add a paid Moments bundle while staying on Free?
No. Purchasing a top-up requires Premium or Ultimate, regardless of whether a one-time offer has supplied other credits.
Is a third-party free-token unlock a way to change my balance?
Use the balance, Store and eligible offers inside your account. Do not give a third-party unlock service your password or verification details.
